Services for Our Customers:
1. Our
company complies with all national regulations on the aspects
of product quality, customer rights and product service regulations.
As of January 1, 2001, the company promises a repair guarantee
of 1 year from when the product was purchased.
2. Elecpro will provide a 24 hour toll-free service hotline.
3. A free service guarantee is offered provided that:
A)the warranty card has been filled out and sent to our
office
B)receipt and UPC label could be provided
C)the product is within our guarantee period
4. Services can be offered to products (at the cost of the
customer) for products that:
A)are damaged due to incorrect usage, storage and maintenance
B)are damaged by service departments that were not authorized
by Elecpro for repairs
C)are not registered by sending in registration card
D)are disassembled by unqualified technicians
E)has warranty cards that have been changed
F)are caused intentionally or with negligence
G)have exceeded our guarantee period
Services for Appointed Customer Service Centers:
For our
appointed customer service centers we will provide:
1. formal authorization to repair Elecpro products by means
of uniform authorization certificates
2. Customer Service Brochures and related product maintenance
information
3. replacement parts and accessories in a timely manner
4. necessary data and consultation for new products and
policies that are updated
5. a system of controlling and monitoring the working quality
of the appointed customer service centers |
